1. Arctic Star LLP, having its registered address at 308, 3rd Floor, Panchratna Building, Opera House, Mumbai 400 004 (“Arctic Star”) is managing and operating this website www.arcticstar.in (“Website”) through which it inter alia facilitates the sale of Lab-Grown Diamond studded jewellery in Hallmark Gold (“Products”) to the users of the Website (“Users”)

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the type of personal information Arctic Star collects from the Users, the purpose of collecting such information, how Arctic Star will use it, with whom Arctic Star may share it with and the choices available to the Users regarding the use of such information. Arctic Star will not share or disclose the Users information in any manner save and except as provided under this Policy.

However, please note that if such consent is withdrawn, Arctic Star may no longer be able to provide the corresponding service. Please note that the withdrawal of consent will not be retrospective; the processing of User information based on previous consent shall remain unaffected. By using, browsing, accessing or purchasing from the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy and consent to the collection, storage, possession, dealing, handling, sharing, disclosure and transfer of the User’s information in accordance with the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree with any of the terms of this Policy, such User is strongly advised to refrain from accessing or using the Website.
5. The Website is not directed towards minors. Arctic Star does not knowingly collect information from any User who is under eighteen (18) years of age. If it is brought to Arctic Star’s notice that Arctic Star has collected information of a User below eighteen (18) years of age, Arctic Star shall take steps to delete such information within a reasonable period of time. If any parent/guardian becomes aware that their child has provided information on the Website, they shall contact Arctic Star at the address given under ‘Contact Information’ below for the deletion of such information. In the event where the Website is used by a person under the age of eighteen (18), Arctic Star shall not be liable for any damage or injury suffered by or through such person.

   Arctic Star may collect, use or process the information collected form the User for the following purposes:-

   Arctic Star endeavours to secure User information. To this extent, the Website is secured by SSL certification to encrypt all incoming data. The User agrees that Arctic Star will not be held liable in the unlikely event of any loss, damage or harm caused to the User as a result of unauthorised access or misuse of User information by any thid party.

   Arctic Star provides an ‘unsubscribe’ option to all Users in its promotional or marketing communication to opt-out of receiving such promotional or marketing communication. Alternatively, the User may opt-out by sending an email to the address given under ‘Contact Information’ below and thereafter making a phone call to the number given under ‘Contact Information’ below.
7. Modification
   Arctic Star reserves the right to modify this Policy from time to time. The Policy shall be updated on the Website. Arctic Star encourages all Users to review this Policy whenever she/he visits the Website.
8. Severability
   If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of the provisions will continue in full force and effect as if this Policy had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
9. Governing Law
   The terms of this Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
10. Dispute Resolution
    In case of any dispute arising out of this Policy, the same shall be adjudicated by the sole arbitrator appointed by Arctic Star, as per provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai and language used English.
