A7. Yes ofcourse. All Arctic Star orders will be presented and delivered in iconic gift packaging.
Q11. Can I order in bulk?
A11. Yes you can. If you purchase multiple different products, delivery will be based on whether all products are ready to order or custom made. If your order contains a custom piece the full order will be treated as a custom order. If you purchase multiple pieces of the same product your order will be treated as a custom order.
Q12. Can I cancel my order?
A.12. You can cancel your order anytime before advance payment is made. Once we receive the advance payment, the order cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another piece.
Q1. What are lab grown diamonds? Are they real?
A1. Lab grown diamonds are grown in highly controlled laboratory environments using advanced technological processes that duplicate the conditions under which natural diamonds are formed. Lab grown diamonds display the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics as natural diamonds, and exhibit the same fire, scintillation, and sparkle. Only high-grade detector machines can differentiate between a Lab-grown diamond and a natural diamond; they look and feel identical to natural diamonds under the magnifying glass and to the naked eye. Lab grown diamonds offer excellent value and provide a mining-free alternative to natural diamonds.
Q2. Are lab grown diamonds the same as American diamonds and Moissanite?
A2. No. American Diamonds and Moissanite fall under the category of simulants. They do mimic the same chemical, physical or optical properties of natural diamonds. They are easily identified through a magnifying glass and at times with the naked eye. They are not certified either. Whereas, lab grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mined diamonds and are certified by the same agencies that certify natural diamonds. They require high-grade detectors to be distinguished between natural diamonds.
Q3. Do I get a certificate of authenticity?
A3. Yes we provide certification from internationally verified third party; IGI and GIA for all lab grown diamonds above 0.50ct. For further information read our Certifications section of contact a member of our team.
Q9. Do your products count as investment?
A9. All products are made in 14kt BIS hallmarked gold so each piece is a small investment in Gold. In addition we do offer buyback on all pieces as per industry standards. Kindly contact our team for further details.
Q5. Can I wear my jewellery everyday?
A5. Yes absolutely. However we do advice you to remove it while exercising, showering and sleeping to avoid gathering dirt and unexpected wear and tear. Kindly read our Care Guide to Tips and Tricks on home care.
Q8. How do I take care and store the pieces I bought?
A8. At Arctic Star we care. To ensure your products stay as good as new we have specially curated a Care Guide that you can easily follow at home.
Q6. What is the estimated delivery time and how do you deliver?
A6. For ready pieces the time of delivery can vary from 2 – 5 business days after processing payment. For custom orders we require a minimum of 14 business days after processing payment. We have partnered with a trusted delivery agency to offer you free, insured delivery across India. For international orders charges may incur based on duty and other regulations within the country.
